Terms and Conditions & Data Usage Agreement for Biz Talk Box
Welcome to Biz Talk Box. This website owns, operates, and hosts the Kokani Connect initiative and all associated solutions, including our global Talent Directory, Business Directory, Entrepreneur Directory, and all future modules, tools, and digital services launched under this umbrella (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Services”).
By accessing the site, creating a profile, listing a business or venture, or interacting with any feature of the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and data usage guidelines.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using Biz Talk Box and the Kokani Connect initiative immediately.
1. Scope of Services & Future Solutions
This agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the user—including entrepreneurs, businesses, talent, job seekers, and visitors) and Biz Talk Box and its operators. These terms govern all current offerings and automatically extend to any future directories, networking tools, professional solutions, or community features introduced to the platform over time.
2. Absolute Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide a powerful networking and directory platform for the community, but here is the thing: we provide Biz Talk Box, the Kokani Connect initiative, and all current or future solutions on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- No Warranties: We make no guarantees, explicit or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses. We do not verify, screen, or guarantee the legitimacy, financial standing, credentials, or quality of any talent, professional, entrepreneur, or business listed across our directories.
- No Liability for Data Misuse: Biz Talk Box and its initiatives function publicly to bridge gaps and build connections. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the misuse of data by third parties, recruiters, employers, business partners, investors, hackers, or other users.
- User Risk Acknowledgement: Think about it this way: when you list your professional skills, contact details, business information, or entrepreneurial ventures on a public platform, you are choosing to make that data visible to the world. You acknowledge that any data or content you upload, transmit, or share on this platform is done entirely at your own risk.
Important Note: In no event shall the total liability of Biz Talk Box, Kokani Connect, or its operators to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed a nominal amount or the amount paid by you, if any, specifically for accessing this site.
3. Data Usage Guidelines & Security Disclaimer

- Third-Party Actions & Outreach: Because our solutions feature public directories (Talent, Business, and Entrepreneur), other users and external parties will use your posted information to contact you. We cannot control, and are not responsible for, how these third parties utilize your information once they view it on our platform, nor are we liable for data intercepted through unauthorized system breaches.
- Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for Biz Talk Box. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
4. Professional & Business Interaction Disclaimer
- No Endorsement: A listing in the Entrepreneur Directory, Business Directory, or Talent Directory does not imply an endorsement, recommendation, or verification by Biz Talk Box or Kokani Connect.
- Independent Interactions: We do not act as an agency, broker, investor, or hiring firm. Any business transactions, investments, partnerships, employment agreements, or freelance contracts formed through connections made on Biz Talk Box are strictly between the involved parties. We accept zero responsibility for disputes, financial losses, failed ventures, or professional misconduct arising from these connections.
5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All design, text, graphics, directory structures, branding, and code on Biz Talk Box are the intellectual property of the platform unless otherwise stated.
- You agree not to scrape, mass-download, harvest, or commercially exploit the directory databases or user profiles from this site without explicit written permission.
- You agree not to upload misleading, fraudulent, or offensive information, or misrepresent your professional skills, business identity, or corporate status. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or delete any listing or account across any directory at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
6. Modifications to This Agreement
The digital and community space changes rapidly. So, what does this mean for this contract? It means we reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior individual notice to accommodate new solutions or regulatory requirements. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to this page. Your continued use of the Biz Talk Box platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the jurisdiction in which the operators of Biz Talk Box are registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
