2. Prohibited Content
To maintain a safe and professional environment, we strictly reject submissions containing:
- Misleading Information: False claims, fraudulent opportunities, or unverified business credentials.
- Inappropriate Material: Defamatory, offensive, abusive, hateful, or explicit language and media.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Content, logos, or text lifted from other websites without explicit permission.
- Spam and Irrelevant Links: Excessive external links, unrelated advertisements, or multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes.
3. Submission Guidelines and Formatting
- Accuracy: All physical addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp digits, and email addresses must be accurate, active, and owned by the submitter.
- Consent to Publicize: By submitting a form (such as the Apply Kokani Talent or List Your Business forms), contributors explicitly acknowledge and agree that their provided professional contact details will be made public on the site for networking purposes.
- Internal Data Protection: Fields explicitly marked as “Internal” (such as Internal Contact Names) will remain confidential and will never be published on the live site.
4. Job Board and Recruitment Rules
Recruiters, hiring managers, and employers utilizing our job board must comply with the following:
- Legitimate Openings Only: Every job posting must represent a real, current, and verified employment opportunity.
- Clear Descriptions: Listings must clearly state the job title, responsibilities, required qualifications, and employment type (e.g., full-time, part-time, remote).
- No Fee-to-Work Schemes: Job postings that require candidates to pay for training, applications, inventory, or onboarding equipment are strictly prohibited.
- Non-Discrimination: Postings must not include discriminatory language regarding race, religion, gender, age, nationality, or disability.
5. Article Submission and Copyright Guidelines
For users contributing long-form articles, blogs, or opinion pieces to the platform:
- Original Work: All articles must be original content written by the author. Plagiarism or heavy paraphrasing of existing online works will result in immediate rejection.
- Copyright Ownership: Authors retain the original copyright to their written work. However, by submitting content to Biz Talk Box, authors grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, share, and promote the article online.
- Proper Attribution: Any quotes, statistics, or external insights used within an article must be properly cited and attributed to their original source.
- AI-Generated Content: While AI tools can assist in structuring thoughts, fully automated or poorly edited AI-generated articles will be rejected to preserve content quality.
6. Review, Approval, and Moderation Process
- Editorial Review: The Biz Talk Box team reviews submissions manually or via automated moderation queues before they are published live.
- Right to Refuse or Edit: We reserve the right to reject, format, or remove any business listing, resume, or post that violates this policy, without prior notice.
- No Guarantee of Validation: While we filter for compliance with our guidelines, Biz Talk Box does not vet, screen, or guarantee the operational legitimacy, legal compliance, or financial standing of any listed business, entrepreneur, or professional.
7. Penalties for Abuse, Spam, and Fake Profiles
We take platform integrity seriously. Users who bypass our rules will face the following escalating penalties:
- First Offense (Minor Violations): The violating content will be removed, and the user will receive a formal warning via email.
- Second Offense (Or First Major Violation): Immediate, permanent removal of the content and a 30-day temporary suspension of all posting privileges.
- Repeat Offenders & Fake Accounts: Accounts identified as bots, systematic spammers, or intentionally fake profiles will be permanently banned from the platform. Associated IP addresses and email domains may be blacklisted from future registration.
8. Post-Publication Corrections and Removal
- Updates: Authors and business owners are responsible for keeping their listings and contact info up to date.
- Takedown Requests: If you need to remove your listing, delete a profile, or correct a publication error, please contact our editorial desk directly at info@biztalkbox.com. We process valid removal requests swiftly.
